At RPM, we bring together a unique blend of personal experience, professional expertise, and a shared passion for helping others unlock their full potential. With over 20 years of combined experience, we’ve worked with athletes, teams, coaches, and organizations, empowering them to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their goals.
Growing up in the high-pressure environment of Southern California’s competitive sports culture, both Joe and Kaysee experienced firsthand the demands of high performance. Joe, a former college athlete, and Kaysee, a standout in athletics before a career-ending injury, found their calling in helping others navigate the mental and emotional aspects of success.
Joe and Kaysee both have a background in clinical psychology, are Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and performance mindset coaches with extensive experience coaching NFL and NCAA athletes, professional CrossFit champions, Olympic hopefuls, and college driven recruits. With a rich background that includes work in sports psychology labs, substance abuse recovery, and mental health services, they have collaborated with collegiate and professional athletes, sports organizations, and coaching staffs to build mental toughness through emotional wellness. Their expertise bridges the gap between performance and passion, helping clients turn setbacks into opportunities for growth.
Together, Joe and Kaysee have a passion for educating and inspiring today’s athlete. Their eclectic approach focuses on meeting clients where they are as they seek to explore their past, empower them in the present, and collaborate to shape their future.
