Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Last updated: May 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Reset Performance (RST) — "we," "us," or "RST" — collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.resetperformancemindset.com or contact us. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

Reset Performance (RST) is a performance mindset coaching practice run by Joe Jardine and Kaysee Cooper. We can be reached at joe@theresetgroup.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That includes:

  • Contact and inquiry details — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you fill out our contact form or email us.
  • Waitlist details — your first name and email address when you join the APX Athlete early list.
  • Athlete details you choose to share — for example, an athlete's age or sport, or anything you write in a message to us.
  • Assessment responses — if you complete one of our optional self-assessments, the answers you provide.

We do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or sensitive financial information through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule calls.
  • Send you updates about the APX Athlete program if you joined the early list, including notice of its launch.
  • Deliver and support our coaching services and programs.
  • Improve our website and the way we communicate.

We will not send you marketing emails you did not ask for, and every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Email and the waitlist

We use a third-party email service provider to manage our mailing list and send program updates. Your name and email address are stored with that provider solely so we can contact you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us directly.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses only what is necessary to function. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — such as our email platform, scheduling tools, and website host — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Children's privacy

We work with athletes of all ages, including minors — but our website forms and waitlist are intended to be completed by parents, guardians, or adult athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information without that involvement, contact us and we will delete it.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. To make any of these requests, email joe@theresetgroup.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
